Marketing specialist (community)
We’re looking for a rockstar community marketer to join us at Hugo.dog and help us shape and implement the go-to-market strategy of the brand, with a particular focus on building an engaged community.
About Hugo.dog
Hugo is a newly founded R&D startup with backing from the National Center for Research and Development (NCBR).
Hugo exists to make dogs happy. We’re building a state-of-the-art technology which encompasses the Internet of Things, Machine Learning and mobile applications to help dog owners understand the habits and needs of their pets, and make their life a truly enjoyable experience.
What you’ll do
- Brainstorm and execute the market entry strategy
- Build an engaged, online community prior to official, public launch
- Research and update the profile of the key target personas
- Occasionally run wide-reach paid Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns to increase the brand awareness and scale the community
Essential skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Perfect communication skills
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Knowledge of basic psychology and the dynamics of online communities
- Inquisitive mind and basic analytical skills
- Conscientiousness and punctuality
Desirable skill
- Knowledge of performance marketing strategies (Google Ads, Facebook Ads,Twitter Ads) across engagement and reach KPI’s

This is a remote position with occasional f2f meetings, but if you’re based in Warsaw we encourage you to work with us in the office (WeWork, Krucza 50).
