Business Development representative (Martech & analytics)
We’re looking for an entry-level sales development representative to help us ramp up sales of Datomni data-driven marketing consultancy.
What you’ll do
- Reach out to a set list of leads through LinkedIn, e-mail and sometimes telephone
- Execute a predefined sales process and playbook comprising of very specific steps and sales messages
- Utilise Active Campaign, LinkedIn Navigator and a number of other tools
- Share feedback on the effectiveness of various steps of the sales process and come up with improvement ideas
Essential skills
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and results-driven personality

- One of two salary options: 1.4k pln net base salary (B2B preferred) + 8% commission on the contracted sales amount (typically high 5 figures) or 5k pln net salary (B2B preferred)
This is a remote position with occasional f2f meetings, but if you’re based in Warsaw we encourage you to work with us in the office (WeWork, Krucza 50).
